Orange County Public Works will install a new aluminum-coated chain-link stair cage around the beach stairs near the Ocean Institute in Dana Point. The existing cage will be removed, and the new one will maintain the same height and size as the previous structure. Beach stairway access will be closed for the duration of the two-week project.
