Pasadena City College men's track and field sprinter Anthony Pequeno set the state's fastest time in the 200 meters at the Cerritos Open on Saturday, posting a season-best 21.67 seconds to place second overall. Pequeno also placed second in the 100 meters among California Community College runners with a time of 10.85, with his previous fastest mark of 10.81 ranking sixth in the state.
