Disneyland Offers First Look At $60M Avenger's Expansion

Disneyland Imagineers have offered a behind-the-scenes tour of the Avengers Infinity Defense attractions that are currently under construction at Disneyland California Adventure. The new attractions, Avengers Infinity Defense and Stark Flight Lab, are part of the Avengers Campus expansion at the park.

The details

The construction includes a 110,000-square foot attraction building with restrooms, offices, and an employee break room. The permit also calls for 3,400-square foot outdoor canopies and nine awnings. The Avengers Infinity Defense attraction will take riders aboard a world-jumping spaceship to remote worlds and alternate realities throughout the Marvel multiverse, while the Stark Flight Lab attraction will be set inside Tony Stark's workshop where riders will ascend at the end of a robotic arm during a simulated flight.
