Pima Men's & Women's Basketball Teams Earn No. 4 Seeds in NJCAA Division II Nationals

The Pima Community College men's and women's basketball teams, both coming off NJCAA Region I, Division II championships, have earned the No. 4 seeds in their respective NJCAA Division II national tournaments. The unbeaten men's team (32-0) and the women's team (26-4) that is on a 14-game winning streak will both begin play next Tuesday at the tournaments in Dansville, Illinois for the men and Hickory, North Carolina for the women.

The women will open their tournament next Tuesday at 8 a.m. against either No. 13 Des Moines (Iowa) Area (25-8) or No. 20 Rochester (N.Y.) Monroe (16-14).
