Annual awards program honors outstanding employers in the region

For the fourth year, Tucson.com and the Arizona Daily Star will recognize outstanding workplaces in the Tucson region through their annual Top Workplace awards program. Nominations are now open for any organization with 35 or more employees, with the deadline set for February 27. The awards celebrate companies that provide an excellent people-first workplace experience, as evaluated through a 26-question employee survey conducted by research partner Energage.

In 2025, 24 Tucson-area businesses were recognized as Top Workplaces.
