Ground has been broken on a major new industrial project in Glendale, Arizona that city leaders say will help meet growing demand for logistics space. BPR Companies announced the start of construction on EQT Real Estate Commerce 303, a nearly 500,000-square-foot speculative warehouse in Glendale's expanding industrial corridor.
