UAGC Hosts 2026 Culture of Care Summit on Transformative Power of Care

Free three-day virtual event explores care at individual, organizational, and community levels

The University of Arizona Global Campus (UAGC) is hosting the 2026 Culture of Care Summit, a free three-day virtual event from April 1-3, 2026 that will feature keynote presentations, interactive sessions, panels, and workshops delivered by national thought leaders. The Summit will explore the power of care at the individual, organizational, and community levels, covering topics such as resilience, well-being, team care practices, and building belonging and empathy networks.

The Summit is designed to move care from a concept into a practice, as organizations that lead with compassion, accountability, and empathy can have a transformative impact on their teams, communities, and the people they serve.

The details

The Summit will feature keynote speakers such as Dr. Christopher Culver, founder of Orange Sparrow and an expert on the Science of Kindness, and Mitchell Levy, a 2x TEDx speaker and international bestselling author. Additional sessions will cover practical strategies for time management, resilience for online learners, building belonging, and empowering faculty. UAGC will also recognize organizations making a meaningful difference through its Culture of Care Award for Organizational Impact.
