The Eastern Illinois Panthers baseball team will face off against Arkansas-Pine Bluff and Lindenwood in a series of key matchups over the next week. The Panthers are coming off a strong offensive performance, scoring 37 runs in their last two games, and will look to carry that momentum into conference play.

The Panthers will face Arkansas-Pine Bluff in a two-game midweek series starting on Tuesday, March 17, at the Torii Hunter Baseball Complex in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. They will then open OVC play against Lindenwood from March 20-22 in St. Charles, Missouri. EIU's offense has been on a tear, scoring 12 runs on 20 hits in one game and then 25 runs in the next, the most runs scored by the Panthers since 2011. Nine different players recorded multi-RBI games in those two contests.

An Eastern Illinois player who hit for the cycle in the 25-14 win over Memphis on March 16, becoming the first Panther to achieve this feat since Nathan Aide in 2022.
Chris Worcester
An Eastern Illinois player who led the Panthers offensively in the series against Memphis, batting .500 with seven hits, six RBIs, and a home run.

The judge in the case will decide on Tuesday whether or not to allow Walker Reed Quinn out on bail.
