Troopers arrested Aliyah Long, 20, of Pine Bluff, and John Moya Jr., 19, of Monticello. Moya currently has active felony warrants. During the investigation, Troopers recovered a modified 20-gauge shotgun that had been thrown from the suspect vehicle during the pursuit, and they also seized approximately 19.6 grams of cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and ammunition.
