A Kansas murder suspect wanted in connection with a December shooting was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon during a routine traffic stop on a central Arkansas highway, authorities said. Joshua Paul Pourciau, 29, of Winfield, Kan., was apprehended without further incident and transported to the Van Buren County Detention Center.
