A 76-year-old Batesville woman died Thursday afternoon after a head-on collision on Camp Tahkodah Road in Independence County. Wanda Floyed was killed when another vehicle crossed the centerline and struck her 2019 Jeep Cherokee around 4:20 p.m. The driver of the second vehicle, Jan Harmon, 47, of Batesville, was injured in the crash and taken to White River Health for treatment.
