Reagan Robinson of Vinemont High School was named The Times' All-Area Girls Basketball Player of the Year after a standout senior season. Good Hope's Justin Aby and West Point's John Welborn were named Co-Coaches of the Year. The All-Area team features top players from across the region.

Reagan Robinson, a senior at Vinemont High School, was named The Times' All-Area Girls Basketball Player of the Year after averaging 18.4 points, 7.6 rebounds, 5.4 assists and 3.8 steals per game. Her performance helped lead the Eagles to their first area championship and Sweet 16 appearance since 2005. Good Hope's Justin Aby and West Point's John Welborn were named Co-Coaches of the Year, with Aby guiding the Raiders to their second Class 4A state championship in three seasons and Welborn leading the Warriors to 28 straight wins and area and county crowns in his final season with the program.
