The All-Area Girls Basketball Team selection honors the region's top talent and leadership on the court.West Point TodayReagan Robinson of Vinemont High School was named The Times' All-Area Girls Basketball Player of the Year after a standout senior season. Reagan Robinson, a senior at Vinemont High School, was named The Times' All-Area Girls Basketball Player of the Year after averaging 18.4 points, 7.6 rebounds, 5.4 assists and 3.8 steals per game. Her performance helped lead the Eagles to their first area championship and Sweet 16 appearance since 2005. Good Hope's Justin Aby and West Point's John Welborn were named Co-Coaches of the Year, with Aby guiding the Raiders to their second Class 4A state championship in three seasons and Welborn leading the Warriors to 28 straight wins and area and county crowns in his final season with the program.
- Reagan Robinson had 19 points, nine steals, eight rebounds and four assists in a close loss to defending Class 3A state champion Lauderdale County.
- Good Hope claimed the Class 4A state championship in March 2026.
