Applications are available from the City Clerk's Office, can be mailed upon request, or printed from the City of Tuscaloosa's elections website. Completed absentee applications and ballots may be returned in person to the clerk's office at Tuscaloosa City Hall or mailed to P.O. Box 2089, Attention: City Clerk, Tuscaloosa, AL 35403.
