The University Boulevard entrance to City Hall will no longer be open for public meetings, and residents attending public meetings will instead enter through a crosswalk from the downtown parking deck. Additionally, the first-floor doors at Annex III, which provide access to Water Billing, Permitting, and the City Clerk's Office, will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Under the new policy, the University Boulevard entrance to Tuscaloosa City Hall will no longer be open for public meetings. Residents attending public meetings will instead enter City Hall via the crosswalk from the fourth floor of the downtown parking deck, located at 2230 Seventh St. City Hall will remain accessible from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday through the crosswalk entrance connected to the parking deck. Along with the entrance change, updated lobby hours were announced for Annex III, located at 2230 Gary Fitts Street. The first-floor doors, which provide access to Water Billing, Permitting and the City Clerk's Office, will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Water Billing Office and Permitting Office, both located inside Annex III, will operate from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The city says the Water Billing drive-thru window will maintain extended hours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
