The Museum of Pell City will open its first art exhibition of 2026 with a showcase of work by Pell City native and Southern acrylic painter Sundi Hawkins. The Sundi Hawkins Art exhibit will be on view from February 5-21, with an opening reception scheduled for Friday, February 6 from 4-6 pm.

In addition to her studio practice, she participates in art festivals throughout the Southeast and teaches art classes at her studio in Cropwell as well as through Heritage Hall Museum's Art in the Schools program in Talladega.
