Trilogy Counseling, a new mental health center in Guntersville, Alabama, is starting an after-hours Grief Support Group to provide a compassionate and supportive space for those navigating the loss of a loved one or other forms of grief.

The details

The Grief Support Group will be led by two clinicians at Trilogy Counseling and will meet during after-work hours to accommodate participants' schedules. The group will provide a compassionate space for attendees to share their experiences, receive emotional support, and learn coping strategies for managing grief.
