Foley Celebrates 45th Arbor Day with 700+ Tree Giveaway

Foley, Alabama will celebrate its 45th Arbor Day on February 28th by giving away over 700 trees to residents, as well as honoring the service of two late community members, City Councilman Richard 'Dick' Dayton and Foley Marketing Director LaDonna Hinesley, with memorial tree plantings.

The celebration will also feature presentations from the Alabama Forestry Commission, Baldwin County Master Gardeners, and certified arborists, as well as participation from Boy Scout Troop 77 and the Foley High School Air Force Junior ROTC.
