A new entertainment destination called Minnie's Golf & Bar is set to open in Birmingham's Parkside District this winter. The 10,650-square-foot venue will feature two unique nine-hole mini-golf courses, a full-service bar, a dedicated lounge area, and a fast-casual food truck.

Minnie's Golf & Bar will be located at 1210 2nd Avenue South in the Urban Supply redevelopment. The new entertainment destination will be led by a team of local hospitality veterans, including Chief Creative Officer Wink Winkler and Operating Partners Jesus Mendez Sr. and Jesus Mendez.
