Bulldogs Win in Overtime to Claim Nation-Leading Third OT Victory
The Citadel outscored UNC Greensboro 11-6 in overtime to earn its third overtime win of the season, the most in the nation.

The Citadel (8-15, 5-5 SoCon) earned a 71-66 overtime victory against UNC Greensboro (8-15, 4-6 SoCon) on Saturday afternoon at McAlister Field House, recording its third overtime win of the season, the most by any team nationally. The Bulldogs were led offensively by Winston Hill, who finished with 14 points, and Carter Kingsbury and Christian Moore, who added 12 and 11 points respectively. The Citadel scored 26 points in the paint and 22 points from the bench, while limiting UNC Greensboro to just two second-chance points.

The details
The Citadel opened the overtime period with a 7-0 run, including a jumper and a three-pointer from Moore, to take a 67-60 lead. The Bulldogs closed out the game at the free-throw line, with Moore converting two foul shots in the final seconds to seal the victory. The Citadel shot 38.7% from the field and 28.6% from three-point range, while going 13-of-20 at the free-throw line.

Adebisi
Scored six points, grabbed nine rebounds, recorded three steals, and blocked two shots, further solidifying his top-five ranking in the Southern Conference in blocks.
KJ Younger
Led UNC Greensboro with a game-high 24 points.
