Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI), an Alaskan Native regional corporation, in two separate acquisition transactions. CIRI's subsidiary OSC Global acquired ISYS, Incorporated, an IT software and systems provider, while CIRI Manufacturing acquired aerospace manufacturer HABCO Industries, LLC.
