The Alaska Department of Fish and Game (ADF&G) will be hosting a public Zoom meeting on Thursday, February 12 to discuss the Prince William Sound shrimp fisheries. The 90-minute session will cover how the fisheries are managed, current trends, and expectations for the 2026 season, followed by a Q&A period.

The Zoom meeting will feature a 45-minute presentation by ADF&G biologists from the Divisions of Sport and Commercial Fisheries, followed by a 45-minute Q&A session. Topics will include how the shrimp fisheries are managed, current trends, and what to expect for the 2026 season. The public is encouraged to submit questions in advance to dfg.dsf.pws.shrimp@alaska.gov.
